On the day of arrival check-in is flexible; rooms are guaranteed available from 5:00 pm.

For guests who have booked the full-board treatment, the stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival, available until 1:50 pm, and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The lunch on the day of arrival cannot be made up for with the one on the day of departure.

On the day of departure check-out is due by 10:00 am. The hotel reserves the right to apply a surcharge for the use of facilities (e.g. pools) in the event of a stay beyond the stated time and subject to availability.

Any meals not taken are non-refundable and cannot be made up for, nor replaced with a packed lunch. Bringing food and drinks in is forbidden, and taking food and drinks away from the restaurant is not permitted.

The property does not accept pets.

Cancellation or modification of the booking is completely free of charge if made up to 14 days before the date of arrival.

From the 13th day onwards and for no-shows, a penalty of 100% of the total booked applies.

In the event of a delayed arrival, early departure or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the entire amount of the reservation remains due, with no reductions for changes to the length of stay or the number of guests. Meals not taken do not entitle the guest to any refund.
